Infotec/Dale Carnegie & Associates is looking for a Dale Carnegie Training & Development coordinator

The Training Coordinator manages instructor schedules, coordinates daily class starts at multiple locations, manages remote equipment rotation, interacts with vendors, orders training materials, supports daily schedule changes, and additions. 

Education/Experience:

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous test administration a plus!

• Must have prior Dale Carnegie & Associates training experience.

• Experience managing multi-tasking workflows at rapid pace
• Strong organizational skills.
• Pleasant and efficient telephone mannerism.

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to use Training Partner program, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills, be adaptable to sudden change, hold attention to detail, and excel in problem solving.
• Outstanding Interpersonal skills and customer service are critical to this position.
• Oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team.
