Founded in 1988, Infotec has been designing and delivering training solutions for State/Local/Federal Government Agencies, DoD, Military Contractors, Regional Businesses, and Large Commercial Corporations for over 28 years.

We are currently seeking an Education Consultant to uncover and acquire new business opportunities while assisting current commercial clients with custom training solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Education Consultants must gain a thorough understanding of the client’s organizational training needs as well as provide unparalleled follow-up and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and develop and maintain ongoing business with corporate clients.


  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of all product offerings to effectively speak with potential clients and accurately explain program offerings, differentiators, and value points.
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers using a consultative approach to gain an understanding of current and future training needs.
  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communication, face-face meetings, and networking events.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times - delivering excellence in customer service and upholding impeccable follow up skills.
  • Consistently log and record daily outreach activities from inquiry to registration, in CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Director of Business Development.
  • Adhere to a strict code of ethics and comply with all Infotec policies and procedures, State and Federal laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, CRM, Mobile).
